Full Service Residential Property Management

Price

  • $1000 placement fee for placing a tenant in your rental.
  • Management fee of 9% of the monthly rent for one property and a reduced rate of 8% for two or more properties.


Includes

  • No long-term contracts. We just need a 30-day notice to terminate services.
  • Pay nothing until we rent your home
  • One interior inspection is done three to four months before your tenant's lease expiration, and we conduct monthly drive-by inspections.
