Kelly Dyer
Owner and Property Manager
Kelly is a licensed property manager and the owner of HCPM. She's a fourth-generation Bend native, a graduate of Bend Senior High School, and has 100 years of family business history in the Central Oregon area. Her father, a well-known Bend realtor in the '70s and founder of Don Dyer Real Estate, was her initial motivation to consider a property management career. After years of watching him sell homes, Kelly noticed a need not being met in the real estate industry- someone to manage the properties purchased as investments. And just like that, a career was born!
Jolie
Head of Operations
Jolie is HCPM's Head of Operations and Kelly Dyer's daughter. She's responsible for collecting and analyzing current trends and data, ensures that staff are aware of operational best practices, implements new technologies to help us run smoother, designs and maintains our website, and creates and updates all documents related to our processes and procedures. She's been involved in property management her entire life and naturally has a passion for all things real estate.
Emily
Leasing Agent
Emily is HCPM's leasing agent and communications extraordinaire. She's the first point of contact for prospective tenants when they apply or inquire about a property, she ensures all applicants meet our qualification standards, and she processes all applications and drafts up most leases and addenda. She's the glue that holds it all together!
