After you apply, one of our leasing agents will reach out within 24 hours to let you know if you meet the income requirements. If you meet the requirements, we will offer you the opportunity to tour the home in person. If you are not available to view the home in person, a virtual tour with one of our leasing agents will be made available.
Step 2
If you choose to move forward after your tour and are first in line, we'll charge the $50 application fee via Venmo. You will have 24 hours to pay the application fee. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, it may result in the cancellation of your application. Once we receive the payment, we'll begin processing your application. If you are not first in line, we will keep you updated as we move through the applications ahead of you.
Step 3
If you are approved, after we have processed your application, you will receive an approval letter outlining the next steps in the move-in process.
Step 4
You'll be charged the security deposit in full, which acts as a holding deposit. You will need to pay the holding deposit via your online tenant portal within 24 hours of approval. You will receive a receipt for this transaction.
Step 5
Your lease and addenda will be emailed to you 24 hours after receiving your security deposit.
Step 6
You will receive the keys or lockbox code after all required documentation outlined on the approval letter is received.
